This video below is pretty hilarious! While it is obviously overkill, it does a really good job of pointing out the importance of hiring the right agent!
Especially in the shifted market, where there are still huge numbers of agents entering the business, and there are fewer transactions to be shared, some agents do indeed feel the need to push . . .
